Expansion Region

The Expansion Region began as an experiment in corporate controlled space - wealthy conglomerates were allowed to profit from the area's planets as they saw fit. Eventually the ruling companies moved on to exploit the Corporate Sector. The Expansion Region is still a producer of raw materials, metals, and ores, though many of its resources have been exhausted.
