Article XI

All Imperial Order members accused of violating the Code of Conduct have the right to a fair trial under our laws. Evidence, defense and prosecution will all be made available to the defendant, as well as the IO in general to better determine a suitable resolution. Members do not have the right to appeal final decisions made by the Emperor, unless extenuating circumstances come to light.
