Article V

All Imperial Order officers/members will follow the chain of command when making general inquiries. It is a specific hierarchy to be utilized when asking questions and making comments, ideas, file submittals, etc. Members shall attempt to contact their immediate superior officers first (i.e. Flight Leaders or Squadron Commanders) and then go through the chain of command, as appropriate. This is not done to restrict communication in the Fleet, but mainly to cut down on confusing and chaotic E-Mail between a lot of people. The Emperor ALWAYS welcomes independent communication with a Member's specific or confidential problems or comments. A Member will receive important Fleet information from their superior officers. Members are to also check the Imperial Holonet regularly and attend the weekly meetings to keep up with events.
