Prosecution

Prosecution is handled by the Imperial Command Authority. The Emperor has the right to act as both prosecutor and judge in any and all cases if he wishes. On occassion, the Emperor may appoint a special prosecutor, either from Imperial Intelligence, or a High Command Officer, to prosecute the case. The Prosecution's task is to present the evidence backing up the CoC violation charge and bring any other evidence to light in order to convince Imperial Command that the officer in question is in fact guilty as charged.
