Article II

The Imperial Order will not and does not discriminate anybody from joining, regardless of : gender,race,religion or other beliefs. Placement, rank promotion, position promotion and the awarding of merit medals will be made solely on the basis of performance, work, gaming ability, dedication and activity within the Imperial Order.
