Holonet Avatars
Avatars are defined by the following standards:

1. Size: 50 x 115 or smaller
2. Format: gif or jpg
3. Background: Must be black or transparent
4. High Command: Grand Admirals: White Uniforms, Fleet thru Rear Admirals: Green or Red Uniform
5. Line Officers: Standard(green) or Ceremonial Dress(red) uniforms, or TIE pilot suit and CompForce Commando Armor (all uniforms, suits and armor are to be standarized)

Special Exceptions:

The Emperor

Executor

Dark Jedi Order (may wear lightsaber on uniform)

Praetorian Guard (special red robes)

Basically the only real customization should be on the head.
