Meetings

It is considered poor etiquette to interrupt an officer, by msg, query or dcc, while he or she is giving a report or conducting a meeting. However, if it is an emergency, a simple query is acceptable.

Members are to refrain from constant nickname changing or constant join/parting of the channel when a meeting is in session, this is both disruptive and annoying to the persons giving reports and those trying to read them.

Should you be called forward for an award or otherwise by a commanding officer, you will be given voice (mode +v) by one of the channel ops. You should then make clear that you are aware you are being called on by stepping forward, example, typing /me steps forward.
