Court Martials
When an officer(s) is accused of a Code of Conduct violation, they have a right to a Court Martials if the evidence in the case against them is unclear or not well documented. The accused may petition the Emperor for such a special hearing in order to clear their name, or accept the charges. In most cases, the evidence is very cut and dry, hence no court martials are required. There are some high-profile cases however that do require a mandatory Court Martials, as deemed by Imperial Command.
