Charges - Class II

II.I - Defamation of Character

  • Any officer who insults or puts down another officer with intent to cause harm, embarrassment or belittlement.

    II.II - Inflammatory Speech

  • Any person subject who uses provoking or reproachful words or gestures towards any other officer, unit or the Imperial Order in general.

    II.III - Malicious Assault

  • Any member who intentionally sets out to cause harm to another members' work, web pages, e-mail accounts or computer, i.e. hacking attempts.

    II.IV - Gross Insubordination

  • Gross Insubordination is more severe than Insubordination and generally involves public displays (i.e. on message boards, e-mail or IRC) of insubordination or disrespect.

    II.V - Conduct Unbecoming of an Officer

  • Any lewd or improper conduct deemed offensive and embarrassing to the Imperial Order.

    II.VI - Disorderly Conduct

  • Any behavior that disrupts the ordered and structured functioning of the Imperial Order or any of its divisions or units.

    II.VII - Impersonating an Officer

  • Pretending to be an officer one is not. This also includes pretending to hold undeserved Ranks, Positions or Medals.

    II.VIII - Perjury

  • Any officer who deliberately and willfully gives of false, misleading, or incomplete testimony under oath during an Imperial trial.

    II.IX - Fraud

  • Presenting for submission work which is not one's own, but which one claims to be so. This includes plagiarism, forgery, or cheating during a gaming event or testing procedure of any sort.

    II.X - Breach of Punishment

  • Any officer who knowingly violates the terms of a punishement imposed upon them.

    II.XI - Communicating Threats

  • Any member who sends threats to another member via e-mail, IRC or via the Holonet in which the member intentionally threatens the recipient.

    II.XII - Conspiracy

  • Any officer who conspires with any other person to commit an offense under the Code of Conduct Rules.
