The Larsen Amendment

Ged Larsen, Emperor, Ruler of the Empire, and Imperial Command Authority of the Imperial Order, has decreed the Tarkin Doctrine be re-instated. Through the use of Imperial Intelligence agents, namely the Internal Organization Bureau, working in conjunction with Imperial Command and the High Command, the amendment gives said agents the right to conduct covert activities in all territories and sectors. This includes investigation and prosection under the Imperial Order Code of Conduct, performed by Imperial Intelligence, the Ubiqtorate, and the Imperial Order High Command.
